1. Applicable Scope
This policy applies to all agents and end – users who purchase pet medical equipment from BMV ANIMAL TECHNOLOGY.
2. Return and Refund Conditions for Agents
2.1 Return Time Limit
Agents can apply for return within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.
2.2 Return Requirements
- The equipment must be in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition, without any signs of damage, wear, or modification.
- All accessories, manuals, and certificates that come with the equipment must be complete and undamaged.
- Agents must provide a valid purchase invoice and proof of purchase.
2.3 Refund Processing
- After we receive and inspect the returned equipment and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 15 working days.
- The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- All costs related to the return, including shipping fees, insurance fees, and any other incidental expenses, shall be borne by the agent.
3. Return and Refund Conditions for End – users
3.1 Return Time Limit
End – users can apply for return within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, provided that the equipment has quality problems that affect its normal use.
3.2 Return Requirements
- The equipment has obvious quality defects that cannot be repaired through normal maintenance, which is confirmed by our technical personnel or an authorized third – party testing agency.
- Users must provide a valid purchase invoice or receipt, as well as photos or videos showing the quality problems of the equipment.
3.3 Refund Processing
- After receiving the user’s return application and related materials, we will arrange technical personnel to verify the quality problems within 7 working days.
- If the quality problem is confirmed, we will notify the user to return the equipment. After we receive and re – inspect the equipment, we will process the refund within 15 working days.
- The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- All costs related to the return, including shipping fees, insurance fees, and any other incidental expenses, shall be borne by the user.
4. Warranty Period
The warranty period for all our pet medical equipment is 1 year from the date of purchase.
5. Warranty Services
5.1 Scope of Warranty
During the warranty period, if the equipment has quality problems due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials, we will provide free repair services or replace the defective parts.
5.2 Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, abuse, or negligence of the user or agent.
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the equipment.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure factors.
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (such as batteries, filters, etc.).
5.3 Warranty Processing
- When the equipment needs warranty service, the customer (agent or user) shall contact our after – sales service department in time and provide a valid purchase invoice and proof of purchase.
- Our after – sales service department will guide the customer to send the equipment to the designated repair center.
- All costs related to sending the equipment for warranty service, including shipping fees, insurance fees, and any other incidental expenses, shall be borne by the customer.
- After the repair is completed, we will send the equipment back to the customer, and the shipping fee for this part shall also be borne by the customer.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute arising from this return and refund policy, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party can file a lawsuit in the people’s court where our company is located.

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be posted on our official website, and the updated policy will take effect from the date of posting. It is recommended that you check this policy regularly for updates.
